About Skimrr
Skimrr scans a folder of photos and surfaces duplicates, exact or near (a RAW and its JPEG land in one group), and missed shots: blur, closed eyes, bad exposure. Sharpness is scored tile by tile, so bokeh portraits are not flagged.
Nothing is uploaded and there is no account; only licence activation touches the network. Deletions go to a restorable in-app trash.
Scanning is free; cleaning needs a $19.99 one-time licence, less than Gemini 2. macOS 11+ Universal, plus Windows and Linux. Caveats: the Mac build is not code-signed yet, and the GitHub source is view-only, not open source.
