About Paperman
Paperman draws a subtle paper grain across your display so the screen reads more like a matte surface than a light source. Unlike f.lux or Night Shift it does not shift colours; it lowers contrast and glare.
You get eight textures, a Desk Lamp mode, per-app exclusions for Photoshop or video players, multi-monitor support and automatic light and dark switching. It idles under 25 MB.
On Mac it is a one-time purchase: $8.99 on the App Store during the current sale (normally $11.99), direct download or Setapp. The App Store build cannot cover full-screen apps. macOS 12+, Apple Silicon and Intel.
