CleanKeys
Lock your MacBook keyboard while you wipe it, then unlock with Touch ID
About CleanKeys
CleanKeys locks your MacBook keyboard so you can wipe every key without typing gibberish or waking a sleeping machine. Press Control-Command-L and a cleaning screen covers every display while keys, shortcuts and function keys are intercepted.
Unlock with Touch ID, a four-digit PIN on a mouse-driven on-screen numpad, or an auto-unlock timer. It can hide in the menu bar.
It needs macOS 14 or later on Apple silicon or Intel and costs 3.99 euro one-time (about $4.50) for up to three Macs, with a 7-day trial. No App Store version: it is a DMG that needs Accessibility permission.
